Select Station

1. Select Station
In this section, you can create and load stations.  For most On Air situations this will not be used after initial setup.

Station Info

It is CRITICAL to match Call Letters between all instances of ZONE OnAir and Production since the Voice Track naming convention uses the Call Letters.
Studio ID is the nickname of the studio. 
If you have multiple OnAirs running at the same time the Standby machine will show you the Studio ID of the active OnAir.
Location and Slogane are optional.
Station Files, Audio Files, and Art Directory are located on the ZONE SQL Server.
The Station and Audio SQL sections point to the IP Address of the SQL Server.
The standard DB names are ZONE_<Call Letters> and ZONE_AUDIO.
SQL User Names and Passwords are set by default.

This is where you can setup your Input/Output for relays.  ZONE currently supports Wheatnet SLIO and Broadcast Tools PIP relays.

Save Button

Click Save if you made any changes you need to save.

Exit Button

Clicking this button will close the OnAir Settings windows.

Configuration Buttons

6. Configuration Buttons
These buttons access areas available in the Production Suite Engineering Box.  For more info on each button, click the links.
Security Setup is where you can set, edit, or activate/deactivate passwords in DJB Zone.
Station Setup is where you can set station wide settings.
Edit IO Controls is where you can edit the I/O Controls that can be activated by outside relays.
Edit BGR Schedule is where you can create BackGround Recording items.
Edit IO Control Grid is where you can change the default I/O Controls using a Satellite Grid.
Edit Command Cuts is where you can edit command cuts.  :)

Connect Database

If the Configuration Buttons are grayed out, click this button to connect to the database to be able to make changes.

This is where you assign sound devices to the various inputs and outputs in DJB Zone OnAir.
