Time and Temp Setup

 
Time and Temperature Setup allows you to record and schedule time and temperature announcements.
 
They are initiated by the Command Cuts 9990 Announce The Time and 9991 Announce The Temperature.

Time and Temp Grid

1. Time and Temp Grid
This grid shows which Jock number is scheduled to air if the command cuts are used.
This allows you to have your Voice Guy all the time or individual Jocks voicing their own shows.
Like other grids in DJB, click on the day of the week, and then edit the numbers in the boxes below.
Don't forget to hit Save Grid.

Jock Voice List

This is the list showing which number corresponds to which jock voice.
There are 99 slots for Jock Voices.
It also shows whether that voice will give the time in minutes only or hours and minutes.
The blue highlighted line is the jock selected for editing.

Jock Info Area

This area allows you to edit the selected jock.
To add a new jock, click on a number that has no info and then input the jock's name and choose Miutes Only (requires 60 cuts) or Hours and Minutes (requires 24x60 or 1,440 cuts for the truly dedicated)
Once you edit the Name or Time Type, click the Save Jock Info button.

Click to close the Time and Temp Setup and return to the main Production Suite screen.

Edit Buttons

Clicking one of these buttons will open the appropriate interface to record the cuts.
 
The temperature record interface shows the temperature you are going to record in the drop down box at the top.
There is a checkbox to automatically advance to the next temperature for quicker recording.
Temeratures range from --50 to 120 degrees.
Simply click Start Recording, record the temperature shown in the box and then hit Stop Recording.
If the levels are too hot, you can adjust the, with the slider on the far right.
If the checkbox is checked, the next temperature will be ready to record.
There is also an indication of Not Recorded if the file does not exist or Already Recorded if it does. 
You can still record over an existing cut.  Click the Done button when finished.
 
The above Edit Time Cuts interface requires you to select the hour and minute you wish to record but otherwise works exactly as the Temperature interface.
 
 
This Edit Time Cuts interface only requires you to select the minute you wish to record but otherwise works exactly as the Time interface above.
