The sample rate and bit depth for each sound device can be seen and changed in the Sound Control Panel.
There are several ways to get to this panel.
Run box
You can right-click on the Windows logo at the bottom left of the screen and choose 'Run' from the context menu.
In the run box type 'mmsys.cpl' and click OK or hit enter.
Windows Menu
You can click on the Windows logo and type 'Sound'
Then select Change System Sounds which gets you to the sounds tab of the Sound Control Panel.
Speaker Icon
You can right click on the Speaker icon near the clock to get another context menu. If you see the word Sounds you can select it and you get the same sounds tab of the Sound Control Panel as the menu example above.
If you don't see Sounds, you can click Open Sound Settings.
The Sound Settings takes you to Windows 10's Sound Settings.
You may have to scroll to find it, but you should see Sound Control Panel, click that.
